Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and typically will deliver within 3-5 business days. Infinity Diesel Trucks ships to all 50 states. For orders going to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow additional time for delivery and some additional shipping fees may apply. We do not ship internationally at this time and reserve the right to cancel any international orders placed on our site. Infinity Diesel Trucks is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen incidents with the carrier.
In order to eliminate credit card fraud, the billing and shipping address on your order will need to match. In the event that fraud is suspected, Infinity Diesel Trucks will call to verify via the phone number supplied on the order form. In the event that we cannot verify the purchase, Infinity Diesel Trucks reserves the right to hold or cancel the order.
Return Policy:
In the event that you are unhappy with your product or have ordered the wrong part, you have 14 days upon delivery to contact Infinity Diesel Trucks to initiate a return. Returns can be subject to a restock fee up to 25%. All returns will be at the buyer’s expense to ship the product back. If the part has been installed, Infinity Diesel Trucks will not accept the return and will not issue a refund. If the part was received damaged, please contact us at returns@infinitydieseltrucks.com with your order number, name, and photos of the damage to discuss either a replacement or credit.
Warranty Policy:
Infinity Diesel Trucks is subject to each individual brand’s warranty policy and will need detailed information on the part that has failed. Please email returns@infinitydieseltrucks.com with your order number, name, and description of what transpired. Infinity Diesel Trucks reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if a receipt of work performed cannot be provided. Infinity Diesel Trucks is not responsible for personal installation failure or misuse of any part.
Core Policy:
In the event that a part requires a core charge, Infinity Diesel Trucks will collect the core charge upfront and will refund the charge as soon as a core has been received. Cores will vary depending on the product and brand. Each core’s price will be listed with the item and charged at checkout. Core return credit will decrease by 25% every 30 days following delivery of the part. Core return and shipping fees will be at the buyer’s expense.
